At Aasthara, your satisfaction is our priority. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding returns, refunds, and cancellations for products purchased from our website.


1. Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation by Customer: You may cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been dispatched. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team at solutions.aasthara@gmail.com with your order number.
Cancellation after Dispatch: If your order has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you will need to follow our Refund Policy once the product is delivered.
Order Cancellation by Aasthara: We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product unavailability, errors in pricing or product description, or issues identified by our fraud detection department. If we cancel your order, we will notify you and issue a full refund to your original payment method.


2. Refund Policy
We offer refunds or exchanges for products under the following conditions:
Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with clear photographs of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund after verifying the issue.
Wrong Product Received: If you receive a product different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with details. We will arrange for the correct product to be sent or issue a full refund.
Product Not as Described: If the product significantly differs from its description on our website, you may be eligible for a return and refund within 14 days of delivery.
Change of Mind: For hygiene and safety reasons, we generally do not offer refunds or exchanges for ‘change of mind’ returns, especially for personal care products, opened food items, or items with broken seals. However, for certain non-perishable, unused, and sealed products, we may consider a return within 7 days of delivery, subject to a restocking fee. Please contact us for approval.


3. How to Request a Refund/Return

Provide your order number, details of the issue, and clear photographs (if applicable).
Our team will review your request and guide you through the return process. You may be asked to ship the product back to us.
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.


4. Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after it has been processed by Aasthara. The exact time depends on your bank’s policies.
Shipping charges (if any, paid by the customer) are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged/wrong product).


5. Non-Refundable Items/Situations
Products returned without prior authorization.
Products not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Products returned after the specified return period.
Gift cards.
Any item not purchased directly from Aasthara.com.
