Thank you for shopping at Aasthara! This Shipping Policy outlines our procedures for shipping and delivery of our products. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all serviceable pincodes across India. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note that processing times may be longer during peak seasons or promotional periods.

3. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Standard Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders across India.
Delivery Time: Once shipped, orders are typically delivered within 3-7 business days, depending on your location. Delivery to remote areas may take longer.
We use reputable courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery of your products.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us that includes a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

5. Shipping Delays
While we strive for timely deliveries, please understand that delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Delays can occur due to:
Unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, natural disasters).
Public holidays.
Courier company delays.
Incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
If you experience a significant delay in receiving your order, please contact us immediately at solutions.aasthara@gmail.com with your order number, and we will do our best to assist you.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages
Damaged Package: If you receive your package and it appears to be damaged, please refuse the delivery if possible, or take clear photographs of the damaged packaging and product immediately. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with the details and evidence.
Lost Package: If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with your neighbors or local post office first. If you still cannot locate it, contact us within 7 days of the reported delivery date, and we will open an investigation with the courier partner.
In cases of confirmed damage or loss, we will either send a replacement or issue a full refund, as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Incorrect Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, or if the package is returned to us due to non-delivery:
We will contact you to arrange for re-shipment.
Additional shipping charges for re-delivery will be borne by the customer.
If the customer opts for a refund instead of re-shipment, the original shipping charges (if any) and a re-stocking fee may be deducted from the refund amount.
